Over the past decade, Alex has worked as a writer and PR consultant for a number of brands and businesses in hospitality, lifestyle, and government. In 2014, she started Chrome City as the result of her desire to tell a deeper story on behalf of her clients. Chrome City is a catalyst for Chicago creatives to connect with like-minded brands and audiences. As communication leads to community, Chrome City's mission is to provide strategies that create a shift in our current culture by finding new and innovative ways to connect, think and understand.
Alex previously served as Director of Communications for Blast Marketing & PR and led numerous local and national campaigns. Her love of media is evident in the breadth of roles she has previously held ranging from media strategist to author, event planner to advertising executive.
